- • The Sr. Client Relations Team Specialist serves as a critical frontline resource for mid to large accounts, ensuring prompt, efficient, and high-quality service that directly impacts client satisfaction and retention. This role is essential to maintaining strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for service inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions, thereby supporting the company’s reputation for reliability and responsiveness in a competitive insurance services market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to incoming client service requests for mid to large accounts, processing endorsements and issuing new business policies, answering detailed client questions regarding coverage options and policy terms, remarketing accounts as needed to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current State Insurance License, or willingness and ability to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
- • Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute with high accuracy.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insurance information clearly and professionally.
- • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly, including but not limited to Epic and PowerPoint.
- • Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, thoroughness, and alignment with corporate behavioral tenets in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
