- • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to high-value, multi-country clients, guiding them on global HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions to achieve their business objectives.
- • Own end-to-end client experience for complex portfolios, ensuring seamless delivery, proactive issue resolution, and consistent value realization through Salesforce-driven performance tracking.
- • Develop and execute tailored client success plans that drive product adoption, identify risks, unlock growth opportunities, and improve retention and satisfaction KPIs.
- • Lead strategic reviews, governance forums, and multi-stakeholder sessions with senior executives (CHROs, CFOs, VPs) to align client goals with Safeguard Global’s capabilities.
- • Proactively identify and act on renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating closely with commercial teams to convert client needs into measurable revenue growth.
- • Monitor global trends across countries and services to anticipate risks, implement intervention plans, and safeguard long-term client relationships.
- • Champion product capabilities and roadmap updates to maximize client value and ensure clients leverage full platform functionality.
- • Use data analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to inform decisions, optimize portfolio health, and drive continuous improvement in client outcomes.
- • Mentor and support junior Client Success Managers by sharing best practices, elevating team standards, and fostering a culture of excellence in client engagement.
- • Maintain deep understanding of HR, payroll, and global employment compliance solutions to provide expert guidance and strategic advice to clients.
- • Communicate fluently and effectively in English, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders across diverse international markets.
- • Operate with autonomy in a remote-first environment, balancing client demands with personal flexibility while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-country client portfolios in global HR, payroll, or related solutions
- • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence senior executive stakeholders (CHROs, CFOs, VPs)
- • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of balancing client success with revenue growth and retention targets
- • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience using data/analytics to drive client success decisions
- • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- • Experience in HR, payroll, or global employment compliance solutions
