📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Client Success Manager, Data & Marketing at Alkami Technology, you will serve as the primary proactive, consultative partner for a complex book of financial institution clients using Alkami’s Data & Marketing solution, helping them onboard, engage, and grow relationships through data-informed strategies.
• • You will independently manage client relationships, lead strategy discussions with day-to-day and senior stakeholders, provide data-driven marketing recommendations, analyze usage and campaign results to connect platform activity to ROI, and deliver Executive Business Reviews tailored for senior decision-makers.
