- • As a Senior Client Success Manager at Alkami Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion by serving as a trusted advisor to U.S. banks and credit unions leveraging Alkami’s digital sales and service platform. Your work directly contributes to the company’s mission of enabling financial institutions to onboard, engage, and grow relationships through data-informed, anticipatory banking solutions.
- • Day to day, you will lead client success efforts for your portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with executive influencers and decision-makers to convert them into Alkami champions. You will deeply understand clients’ business challenges, goals, and industry trends, providing strategic consultation to align their digital banking objectives with the capabilities of the Alkami platform.
- • You will create and maintain clear success plans that define client objectives, track progress, and ensure clients derive measurable value from the platform. This includes monitoring client health metrics and product engagement, identifying risks early, and conducting regular business reviews to celebrate wins and uncover growth opportunities.
- • Acting as an expert on the Alkami platform, you will master its features to advise clients on maximizing use and capabilities, while advocating for client needs across internal teams and escalating critical issues when necessary to mobilize resources and drive resolution.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the client experience, develop initiatives that improve satisfaction and loyalty, and use data from tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to influence decisions and guide both clients and internal stakeholders.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial services technology, strategic account management, and client advocacy—skills that are highly transferable and valuable for career advancement into leadership positions in Client Success, Account Management, or SaaS strategy within the fintech and enterprise software sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
- • Experience in Financial Services, particularly working with financial institutions such as banks or credit unions
- • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, stay organized, take ownership of projects, and work independently
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Experience using and updating Salesforce and/or Gainsight
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed
