- • As a Sr Client Success Manager II, Commercial Banking at Alkami Technology, you will serve as the primary consultative partner for key financial institution clients, driving strategic value and ensuring they maximize the impact of Alkami’s digital sales and service platform. This role is critical in helping banks and credit unions navigate digital transformation, strengthen client relationships, and achieve measurable business outcomes through data-informed, anticipatory banking solutions.
- • You will provide strategic direction to clients on maximizing value through Alkami’s platform, develop and execute comprehensive training initiatives, and lead client success initiatives that ensure high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and adoption. Your day-to-day will involve creating reports and presentations that showcase KPI improvements, establishing strong relationships at all levels of client organizations, and serving as an expert in guiding clients toward their digital banking goals by leveraging the full capabilities of the Alkami platform.
- • You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive client success, advocate for client needs internally, escalate critical issues when necessary, and use data-driven insights to influence decisions that benefit both clients and internal stakeholders. This includes leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client experience, monitoring client health metrics, conducting regular business reviews, and developing clear success plans that track progress toward desired outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in consulting practices
- • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Strategy, Digital Transformation, or B2B SaaS
- • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise clients
- • Expertise in formal or informal project management
- • Strong background in SaaS implementations
- • Solid technical product knowledge
