- • Sr Clinical Data Specialist role focused on leading local laboratory data activities for clinical trials, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data delivery across global studies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading local lab data activities, partnering with CROs and vendors for data collection and reconciliation, supporting study startup and database lock, managing lab analytes and standards, representing the team in project meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management or drug development
- • Strong knowledge of local lab data management best practices and technologies
- • Experience working with CROs and external vendors
- • Solid understanding of clinical trial documents and processes
- • Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities simultaneously
- • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- • Must be currently based in Colombia
