- • The Sr. Compensation Analyst will support the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent by analyzing market trends, evaluating compensation structures, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic recommendations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating new and updated jobs, conducting market pricing and compensation analysis, reviewing job offers, developing compensation packages, supporting Workday updates and EIB loads, performing reporting and data analysis from HRIS and market data systems, communicating compensation programs to stakeholders, conducting base pay and incentive forecasting, supporting annual compensation reviews, performing quarterly Workday data audits, and ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international compensation laws and regulations.
