- • As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant at Rimini Street, you will play a critical role in delivering high-value, enterprise-grade SAP solutions that enable global clients to reduce costs, extend the life of their SAP investments, and reallocate resources toward innovation. This role is pivotal in supporting Rimini Street’s mission as a leading third-party support provider for SAP and Oracle systems, serving over 5,300 organizations worldwide, including Fortune 500 and public sector entities.
- • You will own end-to-end SAP ABAP development lifecycle activities within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, translating business needs into technical specifications, designing and delivering custom objects such as user exits, enhancements, reports, forms, BAPIs, and BADIs, while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and maintaining high standards of quality and performance in a remote, globally distributed team setting.
- • You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, clients, and cross-functional global teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide timely, effective solutions — often operating with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities across time zones.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP ABAP and related technologies such as Fiori, S/4HANA, BTP, OData, SAPUI5, Adobe Forms, BRF+, and Workflow, while expanding your functional domain knowledge and consulting capabilities. 🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of relevant experience as a Senior ABAP Developer
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing user exits, enhancements, reports, forms, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP/non-SAP integration technologies
- • Proficiency in Fiori, S/4HANA, BTP, OData, SAPUI5, Adobe Forms, BRF+, Workflow, or related SAP technologies (added advantage)
- • Expertise in quick debugging and fixing issues in complex custom programs and enhancements
- • Strong functional domain expertise and SAP business process knowledge
- • Proven understanding of SAP best practices and their application in solution design and delivery
- • Customer service-focused mindset with demonstrable soft skills to exceed client expectations
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills considered a plus
