📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Contract Recruiter at Neurocrine Biosciences, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment for critical roles in a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing treatments for neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, and immunological disorders.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute tailored search strategies, source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, AI tools, and ATS systems (with Workday preferred), manage applicant flow, facilitate interviews, collaborate on offer negotiations, assist with immigration processes, and partner with HRBPs and compensation teams to secure approvals and extend offers.
- • You will join a mission-driven organization with over three decades of innovation in neuroscience, where your work directly supports the discovery and commercialization of FDA-approved treatments and a robust pipeline of mid- to late-phase clinical compounds across core therapeutic areas.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in pharmaceutical and biotechnology recruiting, build proactive talent pipelines, enhance diversity and inclusion initiatives, refine recruitment processes, and develop leadership and stakeholder management skills while contributing to Neurocrine’s purpose of relieving suffering through brave science.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- • 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years focused in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
- • Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment services
- • Expertise with sourcing such as LinkedIn or AI tools; experience using ATS systems required. Workday preferred
- • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
- • Strong persuasion, influence, negotiation, and consultation skills
