- • Advance global corporate compliance program governance by enhancing frameworks, strengthening accountability, and reinforcing oversight aligned with DOJ/OIG expectations.
- • Lead the development and implementation of a globally harmonized policy and process framework to ensure consistency while enabling practical application across diverse international markets.
- • Standardize and optimize core compliance processes including HCP engagements, grants, transparency reporting, third-party risk management, and Speak Up reporting to support business scalability.
- • Design and execute a risk-based global compliance training strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable behavior change across all regions.
- • Conduct forward-looking compliance risk assessments to identify gaps and implement sustainable mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory and operational priorities.
- • Establish and mature a compliance metrics and analytics capability, including KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and reporting systems that deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
- • Partner cross-functionally to advance compliance technology enablement, supporting automation, data integrity, and scalability in areas such as transparency reporting, Speak Up case management, and third-party risk systems.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to global business stakeholders, embedding compliance into core operations and influencing decision-making at all levels.
- • Ensure investigations and regulatory inquiries are managed with strong governance, timely resolution, and effective remediation outcomes.
- • Drive program maturity by building scalable structures for policy management, training delivery, risk monitoring, and compliance technology integration in a fast-paced, global healthcare environment.
- • Maintain deep expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks including AKS, FCA, FCPA/ABAC, and global transparency laws such as Sunshine/Open Payments and international equivalents.
- • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Global Operations teams to align compliance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
- • Support the continuous improvement of compliance program effectiveness through data-driven evaluation, stakeholder feedback, and evolving regulatory expectations.
- • Contribute to the development and communication of compliance culture initiatives that reinforce integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
- • Travel up to 5–15% to support global compliance activities, stakeholder engagement, and program rollout initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance within the medical device, biotech, or pharma industries
- • Deep expertise in AKS, FCA, FCPA/ABAC, and global transparency regulations (e.g., Sunshine/Open Payments and international equivalents)
- • Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming global compliance programs with focus on governance, policy, and risk management
- • Demonstrated experience developing global compliance training strategies that drive measurable impact
- • Strong experience designing and implementing compliance metrics, dashboards, and analytics frameworks
- • 5–8 years of previous people management experience
