- • Develop, coordinate, and implement Phase 1 clinical research studies at the organization's facilities, ensuring strict adherence to study protocols and timelines
- • Collaborate with principal investigators to design study protocols and maintain scientific integrity throughout clinical trial execution
- • Serve as the primary liaison between research subjects, client teams, investigators, and clinic operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- • Plan and manage logistics for clinical trials, including scheduling, staffing allocation, and equipment requirements to support study objectives
- • Monitor and track study progress against project milestones, client deliverables, and budget constraints, providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- • Ensure full compliance with global and regional regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable local laws
- • Supervise experienced support staff and entry-level individual contributors, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and directing workflow to ensure high-quality output
- • Deliver operational results that directly contribute to the team’s achievement of key objectives and the broader success of the organization
- • Adapt and implement new procedures, techniques, and tools to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes in clinical trial processes
- • Apply foundational management principles including work scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, and process execution to lead clinical trial teams effectively
- • Maintain broad job knowledge in operational, administrative, and specialized clinical trial management functions
- • Demonstrate practical experience managing the execution of clinical trial processes, projects, and tactics within cross-functional teams
- • Understand how clinical trial activities impact related areas such as regulatory submissions, data management, and patient recruitment
🎯 Requirements
- • Broad job knowledge in operational, administrative, and/or specialized clinical trial management fields
- • Practical experience managing the execution of clinical trial processes, projects, and tactics within a team
- • Understanding of how clinical trial work impacts related functional areas
- • Relevant certifications in clinical trial management or related fields
- • Strong leadership and management skills
- • Knowledge of global and regional regulations for clinical trials, including GCP guidelines
