  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Propelus Inc., you will serve as the strategic partner for enterprise healthcare clients with 25,000+ employees, ensuring their credentialing and workforce compliance solutions drive measurable value and long-term retention. Your role is critical in transforming complex regulatory challenges into opportunities for growth, directly impacting patient safety and organizational efficiency across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • • You will own executive-level relationships with CHROs and HR Directors at top-tier healthcare accounts (TCV $200k+), acting as a trusted advisor through regulatory shifts, leading Joint Business Plans and Executive Business Reviews focused on ROI and risk mitigation, while identifying expansion opportunities and mentoring junior CSMs to elevate team performance.

  • • You will operationalize best practices using Gainsight and HubSpot to optimize account health tracking, formalize scalable playbooks, and drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure strategic accounts are prioritized in feature releases, case studies, and growth initiatives.
  • • Through mentorship, you will elevate the capabilities of junior CSMs by sharing advanced tactics in enterprise negotiation, churn prediction, and high-stakes account management, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning across the Customer Success organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience managing strategic enterprise accounts, with direct experience in HealthTech, healthcare compliance, or credentialing strongly preferred to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex compliance data into compelling narratives that excite and align C-suite stakeholders.
  • • Proven experience with Gainsight (or similar CS platforms) and CRM tools like HubSpot to track account health, automate workflows, and drive data-informed retention and expansion strategies.
  • • Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a remote environment with minimal oversight, able to immediately assess and act on a top 10 book of business with a clear 30-60-90 day plan.
  • • Demonstrated ability to identify churn risks through predictive analysis and build proactive contingency plans to save at-risk relationships before escalation.
