- • Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to Optiv’s clients by designing pragmatic, scalable endpoint security solutions aligned with their business objectives and risk appetite.
- • Drive generation of services and technology business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota targets in collaboration with account and domain teams.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of client security environments, operations, and needs to identify gaps and align Optiv’s solutions with their strategic priorities.
- • Identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Optiv’s full portfolio of services and partner technologies, leading proposals to closure.
- • Articulate the value of Optiv’s endpoint solutions and technology ecosystem to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives and security leadership.
- • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of endpoint solutions and maintain domain-specific expertise materials.
- • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint solutions, conducting requirements gathering, technology selection, demonstrations, and security evaluations.
- • Stay current on emerging endpoint technologies and industry trends to provide forward-looking advice and thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
- • Participate in sales activities including proposal development, RFI/RFP responses, contract reviews, and pipeline management with accurate forecasting.
- • Build and maintain advisory relationships with key client stakeholders through consistent engagement, education, and guidance on cybersecurity strategy.
- • Promote Optiv’s endpoint services and partner products through speaking engagements, partner events, and social media to establish a trusted industry reputation.
- • Engage with the Field Center of Excellence to elevate Optiv’s endpoint offerings and align messaging across sales and delivery teams.
- • Interface with internal Optiv teams to align client expectations with the full portfolio of services and ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction.
- • Apply advanced sales techniques including probing questions, objection handling, trust-building, and solution positioning to close complex security deals.
- • Continuously pursue professional development through formal education, certifications, and technical training to maintain expertise in endpoint security and related domains.
- • Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in services, offerings, and client experience.
- • Support account planning and strategy sessions to align security roadmaps with budgetary constraints, ROI metrics, and organizational goals.
- • Review statements of work (SOWs), quotes, and deliverables with precision to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain broad security knowledge across Optiv’s portfolio and extend expertise beyond endpoint solutions to support holistic security program development.
