- • As a Sr Data Analyst/Scientist at Intus Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that directly improve care delivery for older adults in PACE programs, supporting IntusCare’s mission to drive data-informed, high-value, multidisciplinary care through advanced analytics and visualization.
- • Your work will empower clinical and operational teams to identify risks, optimize care pathways, and make evidence-based decisions by building scalable analytics solutions that bridge technical depth with real-world healthcare impact.
- • Day to day, you will provide analytical support to client delivery, utilization management, and risk consulting teams by interpreting clinical and operational data to answer critical business questions and support care management decisions.
- • You will build customer-facing analytics applications and interactive dashboards using Sigma Computing, enabling care providers and executives to visualize trends, monitor performance, and explore data intuitively without requiring technical expertise.
- • You will develop and apply statistical prediction models to identify high-risk patients and forecast utilization patterns, supporting proactive interventions that improve quality of care and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
- • You will create reusable semantic models, standardized metrics, and user-defined functions in SQL or Python to ensure consistency across analyses and accelerate workflows for both Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
- • You will design and maintain dashboards tracking key population health KPIs such as hospitalization rates, emergency department visits, and chronic disease management metrics, ensuring alignment with clinical goals and regulatory reporting requirements.
- • You will document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analytical best practices to promote knowledge sharing, reproducibility, and scalability across the organization.
- • You will assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as needed, responding quickly to evolving client needs, regulatory changes, or emerging data opportunities with rigor and clarity.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to translate analytical findings into product enhancements and service improvements.
- • You will continuously learn and apply emerging techniques in healthcare analytics, including machine learning applications in risk stratification and predictive modeling, growing your expertise in a domain where data directly impacts human health outcomes.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by contributing to improved care quality, reduced costs, and better health outcomes for vulnerable older adult populations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in healthcare data innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or a related quantitative field
- • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, with demonstrated expertise in healthcare or population health analytics
- • 5 years of specific experience in population health or healthcare finance, including familiarity with claims data, clinical workflows, or value-based care models
- • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, with practical experience using Python for data manipulation and modeling
- • High proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools, particularly Sigma Computing, and familiarity with platforms such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Qlik
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
