• • You will be responsible for building and maintaining the essential infrastructure that powers our data platform. This includes designing, implementing, and managing robust pipeline orchestration systems, optimizing our data warehousing solutions for performance and scalability, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of our machine learning infrastructure. • • You will play a key role in surfacing and integrating data from various sources across our entire platform. • • A core responsibility will be the continuous evolution of our foundational data models. This involves proactively identifying and incorporating new, high-value data sources that can unlock deeper insights and enhance our platform's capabilities. Your strategic thinking in data modeling will ensure our data architecture remains agile and capable of supporting FutureFit AI's ambitious growth trajectory.
• • Your first 30 days will focus on comprehensive onboarding, diving deep into our product, understanding our customer base, their challenges, and how data can be leveraged to provide solutions. You'll gain a solid grasp of our core data entities and their impact on the product, and begin contributing to our data pipelines by adding data quality and enrichment layers.
• • By the 60-day mark, you'll be actively working with data scientists to develop datasets and processes that streamline complex workflows. You will also take ownership of aspects of our data catalog, defining and maintaining key metrics, dimensions, and lineage. Furthermore, you'll support surrounding teams by providing regular reporting and analysis, helping them extract maximum value from our platform's data.
• • At 90 days, you will be expected to independently own and automate reporting workflows, from data ingestion through to dashboard creation and tool development. You will proactively gather reporting and insights requirements from stakeholders, present your findings, and offer data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions, solidifying your role as a key contributor to our data-driven culture.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a modern tech stack, including Python and SQL for development, Airflow and dbt for orchestration and transformation, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and MongoDB for data storage, AWS SageMaker for machine learning, Looker for visualization, and the broader AWS ecosystem for infrastructure.
