- • The Senior Data Engineer leads and implements best-in-class data management strategies and practices through data integration, acquisition/ingestion, cleansing/refinement, transformation/conversion, migration, purging, and backups to support enterprise data needs at Healthfirst.
- • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with users and stakeholders to understand data requirements, authoring artifacts that define data standards and business rules, mapping these to business processes and technical enablement, and developing workflows and algorithms to transform raw data into strategic enterprise assets.
- • The Data Engineering team at Healthfirst focuses on building robust, scalable data infrastructure that enables accurate, timely, and secure data flow across systems to support healthcare operations, analytics, and compliance.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in cloud-based data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and automation while contributing to the standardization and reliability of enterprise data assets.
