• • As a Sr. Data Engineer at Luxury Presence, you will be a technical leader shaping the AI-powered data platform that supports real estate professionals across North America, enabling scalable, reliable data pipelines that power core product experiences and drive AI innovation.
• • Day to day, you will build and scale high-throughput streaming pipelines ingesting 400M+ monthly MLS updates using Airflow, Spark Streaming, Kafka, and Iceberg; model and deliver production-grade real estate datasets; strengthen data quality and observability through monitoring and alerting; and leverage AI to improve data operations by contributing to AI-driven tooling for triaging and resolving data issues.
