- • Take full ownership of the data science and machine learning stack, including tooling and infrastructure decisions from the ground up.
- • Proactively analyze available data to identify business opportunities and recommend ML/AI strategies without waiting for directed requests.
- • Drive the complete machine learning lifecycle: problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
- • Deliver hands-on machine learning solutions across domains such as forecasting, churn prediction, and optimization.
- • Communicate actionable insights and technical recommendations clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact data initiatives aligned with business goals.
- • Stay current with advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and continuously integrate innovative methods into existing workflows.
- • Work independently as a self-starter to explore data, uncover hidden patterns, and initiate projects that drive measurable business value.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production systems.
- • Utilize Python and SQL as primary tools for data analysis, modeling, and automation, with strong proficiency in pandas, scikit-learn, and other ML libraries.
- • Apply deep knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods including regression, classification, forecasting, optimization, and A/B testing.
- • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable data processing, model training, and deployment.
- • Use modern BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize data insights and support decision-making across the organization.
- • Influence strategic direction by shaping the company’s data strategy based on data-driven insights rather than solely executing assigned tasks.
- • Maintain a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions that bridge analytical research with real-world business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying data science and machine learning models
- • Expert in Python and SQL with strong experience using pandas, scikit-learn, and ML frameworks
- • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from idea to impact
- • Deep understanding of ML and statistical methods: regression, classification, forecasting, optimization, A/B testing
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
