This pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, is instrumental in driving pipeline growth specifically within Alkami’s bank segment. You will operate at the crucial intersection of marketing, sales, and data, tasked with designing and executing sophisticated, integrated demand generation programs. These programs will harness the power of account-based marketing (ABM), AI-enabled personalization, and multi-channel campaigns to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads and significantly accelerate revenue growth.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational capability. You should be adept at architecting scalable go-to-market systems while simultaneously executing campaigns that deliver measurable, impactful business outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of demand generation, from strategic planning and program development to campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
- • Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive demand generation programs tailored for the bank segment. This involves leveraging a diverse array of channels such as digital advertising, email marketing, close collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), strategic industry partnerships, and participation in key industry events. A significant focus will be placed on leading account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, meticulously targeting priority financial institutions and named accounts in close partnership with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- • You will be responsible for designing and managing multi-channel campaigns that span across various platforms, including web, email, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, industry publications, and highly targeted ABM initiatives. A critical aspect of this role involves leveraging a rich tapestry of data – including first-party data, intent signals, firmographic data, and technographic insights – to effectively prioritize target accounts and identify crucial buying signals. This data-driven approach will inform campaign strategy and execution, ensuring resources are focused on the most promising opportunities.
- • Furthermore, you will utilize cutting-edge AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline and enhance campaign development, personalize messaging at scale, optimize campaign performance, and conduct in-depth campaign analysis. Close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams is essential to ensure seamless alignment of messaging, campaign strategy, and pipeline generation goals. This cross-functional synergy is vital for achieving overarching revenue objectives.
- • The role demands rigorous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of campaign performance across the entire marketing funnel. The objective is to continuously improve engagement rates, conversion rates, and ultimately, pipeline generation. You will be accountable for measuring and clearly communicating the impact of marketing efforts through transparent reporting on pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution. This includes driving continuous experimentation across messaging, targeting, and channels to identify, refine, and scale high-performing growth strategies. Building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring unwavering alignment between marketing strategy and sales execution will be paramount to success in this role.
