- • As a Senior Director Analyst in AI Data Security and Data Management, you will serve as a trusted industry thought leader, delivering strategic insights that help global technology leaders navigate emerging security trends and make informed decisions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing thought-leading research on AI data security and ecosystem data management, engaging with clients through briefings and presentations, growing networks with academics and vendors, and ensuring research integrity across collaborative projects.
- • You will be part of Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a global team of experts dedicated to providing objective, actionable insights to enterprise leaders shaping the future of technology and security.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven data security, enhance your executive presence and research impact, and contribute to Gartner’s reputation as a premier source of market intelligence while advancing your professional growth in a high-impact, intellectually rigorous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred or equivalent experience in cybersecurity with focus on AI data security and AI ecosystem data management
- • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the field
- • Subject matter expertise in cloud and on-premises data visibility, classification, monitoring, protection, and AI data security lifecycle including encryption, tokenization, and platform architecture
- • Proficiency with research tools and data sources such as Pitchbook, CapIQ, TechCrunch, and Bloomberg
- • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills with ability to engage executives and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, matrixed global team with learning agility and executive presence
