📋 Description

• Create high-quality, actionable, "must-have research" content focused on analytics, AI, and data science, including strategy, business value, market trends, technologies, and vendors.
• Identify client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategic outcomes in analytics & AI adoption.
• Cover specific domains including Agentic analytics, Decision Intelligence, AI Engineering, Content Management, Analytics and BI, Data Science, and Machine Learning while maintaining broad market awareness.
• Deliver actionable, analytics & AI-centric advice to clients through virtual and in-person interactions, including sales support visits and client briefings.
• Develop and deliver presentation materials for Gartner conferences, industry events, webinars, and professional association forums.
• Conduct peer reviews of research content to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with Gartner methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the analytics & AI research community to foster professional growth and collaboration.
• Predict market evolution and guide clients in vendor selection and technology adoption decisions.
• Actively contribute to innovation and ideation sessions with peers to advance Gartner’s research agenda in AI and analytics.
• Maintain deep subject matter expertise and present confidently at both large-scale and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Apply conceptual models and pattern recognition to draw defensible, fact-based conclusions from complex data and market dynamics.
• Work independently with intrinsic motivation while collaborating effectively across global, multicultural teams.
• Maintain executive presence to establish immediate credibility with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in technology and business roles.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality research outputs.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, provocative, and practical insights for enterprise leaders worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience in analytics & AI, including prior leadership or senior technical roles in technology or business
• Demonstrated understanding of CDAO, Head of Analytics, and AI responsibilities, including technology and business needs in specific markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills with proven ability to engage executives and respond to complex inquiries
• Strong organizational skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated superior analytical skills, including conceptual modeling, pattern recognition, and defensible conclusion-drawing

• Base salary range of $172,000–$202,500 USD
