• • As a Sr Director Analyst, CRM Technologies at Gartner, you will serve as an industry thought leader creating must-have insights, market predictions, and best practices for world-leading organizations, establishing credibility at local, regional, and global levels within the Business and Technology Insights group.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing innovative and provocative insights, conducting in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers, delivering high-value presentations at Gartner events and client briefings, providing sales support as the voice of the market, mentoring junior analysts, and driving research process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• • You will join Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a global team of 21,000 associates supporting ~14,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, known for delivering objective, actionable business and technology insights that help enterprise leaders succeed.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise as a trusted advisor, refine your executive presence and thought leadership, influence Gartner’s research agenda, and grow your impact by shaping strategies that help clients achieve critical business priorities through CRM technology insights.
