- ⢠As a Senior Director Analyst in Gartnerâs Human Resources Practice, you will serve as a thought leader and industry expert focused on employee experience, culture, and workforce innovation, providing actionable insights to CHROs and HR leaders on strategies that drive organizational outcomes.
- ⢠You will create innovative, high-impact research content including market predictions, best practices, and provocative insights that help clients accelerate business objectives through data-driven HR strategies.
- ⢠Your responsibilities include developing thought leadership pieces, conducting in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers, and reframing thinking to drive forward-looking HR strategy.
- ⢠You will present insights at Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings, both virtually and in person, to support sales and consulting teams in engaging clients.
- ⢠You will mentor junior analysts, participate in research discussions, and collaborate with peers to improve service delivery and process efficiency within the Insights team.
- ⢠You will represent Gartnerâs research methodology and strategy with credibility, demonstrating executive presence and strong communication skills when engaging C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- ⢠You will analyze global HR technology landscapes, including vendors, products, and emerging use cases in culture, engagement, inclusion, and data governance, to assess their impact on HR processes and team structures.
- ⢠You will work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team, applying analytical and presentation skills to synthesize data, defend conclusions, and respond effectively to client challenges.
- ⢠You will stay current on market trends and shifts in the HR and employee experience domain to provide timely, actionable advice to clients and prospects.
- ⢠This is an individual contributor role requiring a bachelorâs degree and 12+ years of relevant HR, organizational development, or employee experience field expertise, or equivalent combination.
- ⢠You must possess deep knowledge of CHRO workflows, enterprise leadership challenges, and the employee experience tech landscape, including culture, engagement, inclusion, and their impact on HR systems.
- ⢠You must demonstrate strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- ⢠You must have subject matter expertise to present confidently at large and small-scale speaking engagements.
- ⢠You must exhibit strong business and financial acumen and understand the global competitive landscape within the HR domain.
- ⢠You must be able to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams in a multicultural global environment.
- ⢠You must be agile and adept at navigating highly matrixed organizational structures.
- ⢠You must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time, where applicable.
- ⢠Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree.
- ⢠This role is part of Gartnerâs growing Human Resources Practice, dedicated to tracking the leading edge of HR and workforce innovation, particularly how employee experience drives organizational outcomes.

- ⢠A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $202,500 USD, with actual salaries varying based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
- ⢠Employees participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
