- • As a Sr Director Analyst - Emerging Technologies at Gartner, you will serve as an industry thought leader creating must-have insights, market predictions, and best practices for world-leading organizations, focusing on digital asset platform architecture and emerging use cases like cross-border payments, tokenization, and blockchain.
- • Day to day, you will research, analyze, and predict market trends; develop innovative insights and thought leadership content; deliver high-value presentations at events and client briefings; mentor junior analysts; support sales teams; and provide actionable advice to clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions.
- • You will join Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a global team of 20,000 associates serving over 13,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, known for its inclusive culture, intellectual rigor, and impact-driven work in business and technology insights.
- • In this role, you will establish credibility as a trusted advisor to executives, evolve research agendas with provocative insights, mentor junior team members, improve research processes, and grow your expertise at the forefront of AI and digital asset innovation while building a lasting, meaningful career.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients
- • Strong understanding of tokenization (data and asset), stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and the digital asset regulatory landscape
- • Demonstrate executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
- • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
