- • As a Sr. Director Analyst in Enterprise Architecture Strategy for Leadership at Gartner, you will serve as a thought leader and credible voice in enterprise architecture, shaping market insights that guide world-leading organizations in making strategic technology and business decisions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating innovative, actionable insights through research and analysis, developing thought leadership content, delivering high-impact presentations at Gartner events and client briefings, providing expert advice to clients via virtual and in-person interactions, peer-reviewing content, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to research process improvements within the Business and Technology Insights group.
- • You will join Gartner’s BTI group, a global team of 20,000 associates supporting over 13,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, known for delivering objective, actionable insights that help leaders succeed in mission-critical priorities, with a strong emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and leadership development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture, strengthen your ability to connect technical domains with C-level strategy, enhance your executive presence and research excellence, and play a pivotal role in advancing Gartner’s AI leadership while building a lasting impact as a trusted advisor to global enterprise leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading or directing enterprise architecture activities within a corporate setting, with direct reporting line to CIO/CTO or similar position desired
- • Technical expertise in one or more architecture domains: AI, data, applications, infrastructure, etc.
- • Ability to connect technical expertise with C-level strategy and guidance
- • Executive presence with ability to establish immediate credibility with executives and stakeholders
- • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and produce high-quality deliverables
- • Excellence in research and writing ability
- • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data, applying patterns and frameworks to defend conclusions
- • Strong business and financial acumen
- • Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams in a multicultural matrixed global environment
- • Ability to represent Gartner’s research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
