- • As a Sr Director Analyst in Integrated Business Planning and S&OP, you will serve as a trusted industry thought leader advising senior supply chain planning leaders on best practices, process maturity, and strategic alignment across global manufacturing sectors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting clients in evolving their supply chain planning processes (product portfolio, demand, supply and inventory planning, S&OP, S&OE), leading capability assessments, creating innovative insights content, delivering presentations at conferences and client briefings, mentoring junior analysts, and providing sales support as a market expert.
- • You will be part of Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a global team of analysts producing pragmatic, provocative insights that help enterprise leaders solve mission-critical priorities, operating in a multicultural, inclusive environment with a strong focus on collaboration and impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise as a credible voice in supply chain planning, shape Gartner’s research agenda, build executive presence, and drive strategic influence by advising Fortune 500 clients and contributing to thought leadership that accelerates client business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as S&OP leader, IBP leader, or global SC planning process owner
- • Experience managing supply chain planning for manufacturers across multiple industries, with preference for process and discrete operations familiarity
- • Demonstrated excellence in research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal proficiency
- • Strong business and financial acumen, executive presence, and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders effectively
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, highly matrixed global team, with learning agility and willingness to travel up to 25%
