📋 Description
- • Lead and shape Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group by driving research, analysis, and thought leadership to deliver actionable insights for enterprise leaders.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement leadership development programs aligned with organizational strategy.
- • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering growth and readiness for increased responsibility.
- • Establish credibility as a trusted voice in the market through publications, presentations, and client engagement.
- • Drive innovation in leadership assessment by developing new methodologies and best practices.
- • Support talent identification, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant field or industry experience
- • Extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, and/or management consulting
- • Experience in leading assessment strategy design and execution in global organizations
- • Familiarity with statistical methodologies and technologies, including in-depth data analytics, survey design, assessment, data processing, and validation studies
