Sr Director - B2B Scores Product Management

📋 Description

• • As the Sr. Director of Product Management for FICO’s B2B Scores division, you will lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of one of the company’s most critical and widely trusted product portfolios, driving meaningful impact across the U.S. lending ecosystem by shaping product direction from concept to adoption.
• • You will lead comprehensive market research and voice of customer initiatives, develop and execute 1–3 year product strategies and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, software engineering, marketing, and compliance to define go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• • FICO is a leading global analytics software company helping businesses in 100+ countries make better decisions, with its B2B Scores portfolio used by 90 of the top 100 U.S. lenders and integral to 3/4 of U.S. mortgage approvals, operating in a culture that values ownership, customer delight, and mutual respect.
• • In this role, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships with data and technology partners, represent FICO at industry events and client engagements, drive thought leadership through content creation, and mentor high-performing product teams while gaining deep expertise in financial services, credit risk, and enterprise B2B product leadership.
