  • • As the Senior Director of Delegate Oversight at Alignment Healthcare, you will lead the enterprise-level strategy and performance of delegated oversight, transforming it from a compliance function into a strategic driver of value-based care, risk mitigation, and growth across the delegated network.
  • • You will own and evolve the enterprise delegated oversight strategy, establish holistic performance frameworks integrating clinical, operational, financial, and compliance metrics, and ensure accountability for outcomes including quality, utilization, risk adjustment, member experience, and cost of care across First Tier, Downstream, and Related (FDR) entities such as IPAs and MSOs.
  • • You will serve as the primary executive partner to internal leadership and external delegated partners, defining governance structures, leading risk stratification and audit frameworks, escalating performance and compliance issues, and providing transparent reporting to executive leadership on delegated performance and mitigation strategies.
  • • You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Quality, Compliance, Network, and Operations teams, promote standardization and continuous improvement, and ensure tools and processes enable effective performance management and decision-making across the delegated network.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10–12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, delegated oversight, provider network management, or value-based care
  • • 5+ years of leadership experience specifically in delegation oversight, compliance, or provider performance
  • • Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA, MSN)
