- • As the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing at Enovis Corporation, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies. This encompasses website content, social media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and potentially other emerging digital formats, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message.

- • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing digital marketing and advertising is a non-negotiable responsibility. This includes adherence to data protection, privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), and advertising standards to maintain ethical and legal marketing practices.
- • You will champion an omnichannel marketing approach, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all digital and physical touchpoints. This involves analyzing customer journeys and optimizing interactions to enhance brand loyalty and drive conversions.
- • A key focus will be on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), employing data-driven strategies to enhance user experience on digital platforms and maximize conversion rates. This includes conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and refining marketing tactics to improve the efficiency of sales funnels.
- • You will be a guardian of Enovis's digital brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and strong online presence across all platforms. This involves coordinating marketing efforts to maintain consistent messaging and brand perception, using analytics to monitor brand health and adapt strategies accordingly.
- • The role requires strong SEO and SEM leadership, focusing on optimizing keyword strategies for organic search visibility and managing paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. Continuous analysis and real-time strategy adjustments will be necessary to maximize ROI.
- • You will also be involved in Influencer Partnership Management, identifying and negotiating strategic collaborations with relevant influencers to drive measurable engagement and ROI, ensuring brand alignment and amplifying messaging to diverse audiences.
- • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and IT, as well as external partners, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
