- • Lead and scale core HR operational functions during rapid growth at Scout Motors, building a world-class people infrastructure to support a high-performance, value-driven organization.
- • Build, develop, and lead high-performing HR operations teams across Total Rewards, HR Systems, and HR Compliance; act as a strategic partner to the CHRO and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Production, and business leaders.
- • Join Scout Motors, an iconic American brand revitalizing the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV marketplace with a legacy of exploration, caretaking, hard work, and innovation rooted in respect for past, present, and future.
- • Drive the design and administration of competitive total rewards programs, own the HR technology lifecycle, lead HR compliance strategy, and champion accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while gaining expertise in scaling HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems.
- • Demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance.
- • Proven ability to scale HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment.
- • Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- • Experience leading and developing senior-level teams.
