- • The Sr. Director of Human Resources will serve as the primary people strategy advisor to the CEO and a key member of the leadership team at Pine Services Group, a ~130-person global technology consulting firm in a phase of deliberate, moderate growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading two direct reports (HR Generalist, Payroll & Benefits) while remaining highly hands-on in talent development, compensation, performance management, and culture initiatives, including strengthening the talent pipeline, onboarding experience, and employee engagement.
- • The company is a technology consulting firm with solid HR infrastructure seeking to elevate its people function through strategic leadership in performance culture, compensation approach, and talent pipeline development.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve significant impact by shaping organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and culture as a trusted advisor to the CEO, while building an environment where employees want to stay and grow.
