- • As Sr. Director of Strategic Partnership Development at GoodRx, you will drive new business growth in the employer market by cultivating relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and strategic partners, serving as a trusted advisor to communicate the value of pharmacy and benefits administration solutions.
- • Day to day, you will identify and close new employer sales opportunities, execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads, participate in RFP responses and contract negotiations, build and maintain key consulting and brokerage relationships, educate consultants on product capabilities, coordinate with marketing and leadership on joint events, engage with employer HR and benefits leaders to assess needs and propose tailored solutions, collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and operations teams for seamless onboarding, support renewal and expansion discussions, maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes, and represent GoodRx at industry events to elevate brand presence.
