- • Own and orchestrate the full portfolio of Datasite’s six highest-impact Strategic Initiatives, acting as the single accountable leader who turns ambitious corporate strategy into measurable business value.
- • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 15-50 Program & Project Managers in a matrixed environment, ensuring every initiative is delivered on scope, on time, and on budget while continuously raising the bar on quality and consistency.

- • Lead the design and rollout of a scalable Program Change Management framework that supports Monthly Business Review assessments, accelerates user adoption, and quantifies the ROI of every transformation effort.
- • Act as the voice of the customer inside every strategic program, ensuring that user experience, security, compliance, and commercial outcomes are never compromised as new capabilities are launched.
- • Track multi-year financial performance against budget and LRP goals, partnering with Finance to re-forecast investments, re-allocate headcount, and optimize spend so every dollar advances strategic intent.
- • Foster an inclusive, high-integrity culture where diverse perspectives are celebrated, healthy debate is encouraged, and every teammate feels empowered to bring their superpower to work every day.
