- • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing and managing multiple urgent tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
- • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and incident response processes is preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
