- • As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive - Video (Hospitality) at Motorola Solutions, you will drive strategic sales and revenue growth within the hospitality vertical, focusing on hotels and cruise ships, by developing and executing comprehensive business plans that align with the company’s mission to enhance safety and security through innovative video and analytics solutions.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement account strategies, engage with key stakeholders through meetings, demos, and trade shows, leverage Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and produce revenue forecasts while identifying product gaps and competitive insights to inform business decisions.
- • You will join a global leader in mission-critical communications and analytics, where Avigilon—a Motorola Solutions company—provides video security solutions deployed across thousands of hospitality and critical infrastructure sites worldwide, supported by a culture centered on safety, innovation, and people-first values.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales within the hospitality sector, strengthen your ability to forecast and exceed revenue targets, build influential relationships with customers and partners, and contribute directly to Motorola Solutions’ vision of creating safer communities through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in sales, video, or security
- • Proven experience selling security technologies to hotels, cruise ships, or supporting institutions (strongly preferred)
- • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast and exceed revenue on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases
- • Strong technical acumen to articulate product value and solutions
- • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed (approximately 60% travel expected)
- • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to manage strategic account plans and track sales opportunities
