- • The Senior Enterprise File Transmissions Engineer will lead the design, delivery, operation, and maintenance of file transfer systems and related infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data movement across Velera’s enterprise environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM MFT Suite (Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Secure+, Sterling Control Center), configuring file transmission solutions based on business requirements, troubleshooting automation issues, providing tier 3 support for managed file transfer systems, and consulting with business partners on data movement strategies and enterprise data assets.
- • Velera is a leading payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, committed to innovation, inclusion, and a people-helping-people philosophy in a remote-first, flexible work environment.
- • In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in IBM Sterling technologies, influence technical direction for enterprise data movement, develop strategic file transfer solutions, and gain experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive secure, scalable data flows.
