- • You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of managing and resolving complex technical issues, acting as a primary point of contact for our most valued clients. This involves meticulously logging and updating support cases, providing timely and professional status updates, and delivering effective solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of a support request.
- • A deep understanding of customer systems and configurations is paramount. You will be expected to meticulously analyze intricate problems and defects, leveraging your technical acumen to recommend and implement optimal solutions that minimize disruption and maximize customer satisfaction.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with external customers, fellow support engineers, and internal teams including Development, Sales, and others as needed. This cross-functional engagement is vital for knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

- • You will provide expert-level technical product support to field engineers and technicians, tackling complex challenges with Illumio's products. This may involve direct interaction with customer and company personnel to isolate and resolve product issues efficiently.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to provide invaluable technical feedback to our Research and Development (R&D) teams. This includes insights on design, reliability, and potential areas for improvement, directly influencing the future direction of Illumio's product portfolio.

- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our product documentation is essential. You will update technical product documentation as issues are identified and resolved, ensuring that our knowledge base remains current and comprehensive for both internal teams and external users.
- • To proactively address recurring issues and potential difficulties, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tests and diagnostic tools. This initiative-driven approach helps to enhance product stability and reduce future support burdens.
- • You will engage directly with customers via email, phone, and remote analysis tools, serving as the primary communication conduit for resolving their technical concerns.
