📋 Description

• Sr. EVMS Surveillance Analyst role supports Raytheon’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Surveillance, Compliance and Learning Team, a critical component of Raytheon’s “Best in Class” EVMS Implementation, ensuring program execution integrity across Finance, Planning & Scheduling, and Program Management.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs), performing testing per published methodology, generating Corrective Action Reports (CARs), proposing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), supporting closure tracking, preparing teams for Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), interfacing with DCMA, and coordinating EVM Certification processes and training events.

• The analyst will deepen expertise in EVM compliance, gain exposure to enterprise-wide EVMS policy application across multiple contractual scenarios, develop advanced analytical and communication skills, and contribute to closed-loop feedback systems that drive program performance and accountability at senior levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field and minimum 8 years Finance/Business experience; or Advanced degree in related field and minimum 5 years Finance/Business experience.
• Demonstrated EVM compliance experience, including conducting or supporting EVMS surveillance, and understanding analytical and interpretive techniques to assess EVM execution, compliance, materiality, and process implementation intent.
• Experience with EVM reporting requirements, including Data Item Descriptions for IPMR and IPMDAR and other deliverables.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to track items to closure.
• Knowledge of the 32 EIA-748 EVMS Guidelines, Raytheon EVMS Process Description Manual 10255, and EVM Procedures.
