- • The Sr. EVMS Surveillance Analyst role is critical to ensuring Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance and effectiveness across Raytheon’s programs, supporting financial integrity and program execution in aerospace and defense.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs), performing testing per published methodologies, generating Corrective Action Reports (CARs), proposing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), preparing teams for Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), supporting DCMA interface, and coordinating EVMS certification and training events.
- • The role is part of Raytheon’s EVMS Organization within the Global HR Solutions, Inc. structure, contributing to a 'Best in Class' EVMS implementation that enables mission success through disciplined program management and financial oversight.
- • The analyst will deepen expertise in EVMS policy, gain exposure to cross-functional program execution, develop skills in compliance assessment and corrective action tracking, and contribute to organizational learning and process improvement across finance, planning, scheduling, and program management domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field with minimum 8 years of Finance/Business experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- • Demonstrated EVM compliance experience, including ability to assess and interpret EVM execution, materiality, and process implementation using analytical techniques
- • Experience with EVM reporting requirements, including Data Item Descriptions for IPMR and IPMDAR and related deliverables
