- • As a Sr. Field Adjuster, Homeowner Claims for CSAA Insurance Group, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle homeowners’ property and personal property claims, including low- to higher-complexity cases requiring physical inspection, serving as the owning adjuster for assigned claims and progressing toward Level 5 Homeowner Adjuster competency.
- • Day to day, you will investigate and evaluate property loss claims of moderate-high severity both in the field and virtually, contact and meet with insureds or third parties to photograph and inspect damaged dwellings and personal property, determine repair scope, prepare repair bids using Xactimate, agree on repair costs with insureds or contractors, follow repairs to conclusion, ensure cause of loss is thoroughly investigated with expert assistance when needed, settle and pay dwelling or structure damages after coverage analysis, and handle all correspondence to maintain regulatory compliance.

- • In this role, you can learn and achieve progression to the competency level of a Level 5 Homeowner Adjuster, gain expertise in Xactimate estimating system and home construction, develop strong analytical and communication skills, handle multiple state policies and building codes, and contribute to team culture through participation in employee resource groups, volunteering, and modeling inclusive behaviors.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED is required.
- • Minimum of four years of claims experience is required, with preferred emphasis on homeowner claims.
- • Proven customer service skills.
- • Proficient in basic math and computer skills, with ability to type 30 wpm.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
