• • The Sr. Field Medical Director - South is a field-based scientific expert responsible for communicating medical and scientific information on therapy utilization, advancing therapeutic disease state knowledge, and serving as a core member of the Medical Affairs Team aligned with medical affairs objectives and therapeutic area medical plans.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing territory medical plans, attending conferences, delivering scientific presentations, building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers (HCPs), supporting post-marketing research (registries, ISTs, observational studies), providing medical support for commercial efforts, conducting product training for internal and external stakeholders, translating managed market trends into medical affairs strategies, and serving as a scientific resource for payer discussions and competitive intelligence gathering.
