- • The Sr. Financial Analyst, Sourcing supports Sourcing & Manufacturing Finance in Owens & Minor’s Global Products NA division by driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development to enable cost optimization and strategic sourcing decisions.
- • Day to day, the role involves preparing accurate financial reports, collaborating with Sourcing, Marketing, Operations, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting on weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budget cycles, building and maintaining financial models for procurement strategies, performing PPV variance analysis, spend analysis, and make vs. buy evaluations, and championing cross-functional problem-solving and process improvement.
