📋 Description

  • As a Sr. Grants Management Implementation Consultant at Workday, you will partner with colleges and universities to design, configure, and deploy Workday Grants Management solutions that enable mission-driven institutions to manage funding with accuracy and long-term success.
  • Day to day, you will elicit and document business requirements, configure Workday Grants Management to align with higher education operational realities, support data conversion and integration efforts, lead testing cycles, transfer knowledge to client teams, and drive project execution by aligning stakeholders and managing timelines, risks, and scope across multiple engagements.
  • You will join the Higher Ed Functional Consulting team, a group of experienced professionals many of whom have worked in higher education, who understand shared governance, academic calendars, and public-sector constraints, and who actively experiment with Workday’s AI tools to improve implementation quality and efficiency while sharing knowledge across the practice.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday Grants Management, mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal practice improvements, and gain influence in shaping how Workday delivers grants solutions in higher education, all while building trusted relationships with finance, HR, and research stakeholders in complex governance environments.
