📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for Merchant and Partner Onboarding, from conception through post-release activities, ensuring alignment with company revenue and profitability goals.
- • Define and drive strategic product direction for the dex platform in collaboration with the Executive Director, focusing on enhancing onboarding experiences to increase merchant and partner adoption.
- • Gather, analyze, and evaluate market data and financial viability of new product ideas to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize initiatives with highest impact.
- • Partner with R&D, engineering, and operations teams through Epic intake processes to deliver operationally sound, scalable product solutions aligned with the overall product vision.
- • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and training teams to develop product positioning, demos, training materials, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and retention.
- • Identify market needs and emerging opportunities to improve the onboarding experience; create and execute execution plans to capitalize on these opportunities while maintaining alignment with customer feedback and business objectives.
- • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all Merchant and Partner Onboarding initiatives using data-driven insights to measure product outcomes and inform iterative improvements.
- • Utilize SQL to query data and manage end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboards to track metrics, visualize trends, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- • Own product roadmap prioritization, requirement definition, acceptance criteria development, and lifecycle ownership using Design Thinking, Lean product management, and experimentation methods including MVPs and A/B testing.
- • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth support.
- • Influence senior stakeholders across departments to align on product tradeoffs, secure buy-in for strategic initiatives, and drive cross-functional execution.
- • Maintain a customer-centric mindset by staying connected to merchant and partner feedback to ensure the onboarding experience evolves with market demands.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines with precision while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- • Synthesize complex product and technical topics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and non-technical teams.
- • Ensure all product activities are conducted in compliance with company values of integrity, impact, and inspiration, fostering a culture of trust and innovation.
