📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Invoice and Bill Payment suite, including conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities.
- • Collaborate with the Executive Director to define and execute the strategic direction for Bill Payment products aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
- • Gather and analyze data on new product ideas to assess financial viability and market potential before prioritization.
- • Partner with R&D, engineering, and operations teams via Epic intake processes to ensure operationally sound product development and high availability.
- • Drive product enhancements and evolution of Invoice and Bill Payment solutions in alignment with the overall product roadmap and vision.
- • Identify market needs and emerging opportunities to improve merchant and partner experiences, then create and execute actionable plans to capture value.
- • Manage and report on key performance metrics related to Merchant and Partner Onboarding experience using data-driven insights.
- • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, training, customer support, and product support to design demos, develop training materials, and refine product positioning.
- • Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, fostering professional growth and high-performance culture.
- • Develop and maintain strategic go-to-market plans, roadmaps, and product prioritization frameworks in partnership with sales, marketing, and operations.
- • Apply Design Thinking, Lean product management, and experimentation methods such as hypothesis-driven development, MVPs, and A/B testing to validate product assumptions.
- • Define clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritization frameworks to ensure high-quality product delivery across teams.
- • Utilize SQL to extract data and manage end-to-end Power BI dashboards and reports to track product outcomes and inform decision-making.
- • Maintain deep customer connectivity to ensure product evolution reflects real-world merchant and partner needs.
- • Synthesize complex product and market information to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior executives, engineers, and external partners.
- • Maintain strong organizational discipline to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines with precision and high-quality execution.
- • Ensure all product activities comply with company revenue and profitability goals while enhancing user experience across Web, Phone, and SMS channels.
