  • • As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Ambient.ai, you will play an absolutely pivotal role in scaling our non-engineering talent acquisition efforts. You will be the architect and executor of our Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring engine, with a specific focus on building out our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position where you will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for critical priority roles, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire world-class business professionals who are essential to achieving our aggressive growth objectives.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for an ongoing portfolio of 5-8 priority (P0) GTM and Customer Success requisitions. This means you will guide each search from initial sourcing and engagement through to successful offer negotiation and close. You will leverage your deep commercial acumen to not only screen candidates but also to engage them in meaningful discussions about business methodologies, particularly within the B2B SaaS sales landscape. A key aspect of this role involves successfully closing Director-level and senior talent, effectively articulating the compelling value proposition of a high-growth startup, including the significant opportunity presented by equity and stock options.
  • • You will act as a key strategic partner to our GTM and Corporate leadership teams. This partnership involves collaboratively defining talent needs, executing robust workforce planning strategies, and providing real-time, data-driven market intelligence on compensation trends, innovative hiring practices, and competitive landscapes. Your insights will directly inform critical business decisions and talent strategies.
  • • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving process excellence. This includes continuously designing, refining, and implementing the end-to-end GTM recruiting process. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth, efficient, and equitable candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting Ambient.ai's commitment to fairness and professionalism. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to talent acquisition, anticipating future needs and building relationships with passive candidates before requisitions even open. You will be a brand ambassador for Ambient.ai, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and the unique opportunities available to potential hires. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of organization, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success. You will also contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and recruitment marketing.
