  • • Lead College Board’s Talent Acquisition function as Senior Director, driving strategy and execution to attract, assess, and hire mission-aligned talent at scale while maintaining high standards for quality and experience.
  • • Own the evolution of the Talent Acquisition strategy, translating enterprise goals into hiring plans, capacity models, and prioritization frameworks; use data and forecasting to anticipate demand, identify risks, and adjust approach in partnership with VP and SVP leaders.
  • • Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team through clear structure, roles, and accountability; foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and pride in craft while partnering closely with Talent Business Partners, Enablement, and Operations.
  • • Deliver recruiting results at scale with discipline by monitoring funnel health, strengthening recruiter capability in stakeholder management and assessment quality, reinforcing evidence-based hiring practices, and providing guidance on complex or sensitive hiring decisions.
  • • Build a modern, AI-enabled recruiting engine by simplifying workflows, implementing automation and system integrations, shifting focus to higher-value work like candidate engagement and strategic advising, and measuring process efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • • Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, balancing rigor, equity, speed, and care in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while staying connected to team execution and fostering a culture where people take pride in their growth and outcomes.
  • • Report to the Vice President of Talent and play a central role in shaping how College Board brings exceptional people into an organization committed to expanding opportunity for millions of students worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8-10+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting functions at scale
  • • Demonstrated success executing and evolving talent acquisition strategies in complex, fast-paced environments
  • • Deep expertise in structured, evidence-based hiring practices with proven ability to deliver hiring results at scale while maintaining high standards for quality and experience
  • • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with clear expectations and strong accountability
  • • Strong ability to use data, metrics, and forecasting to inform decisions and drive performance
  • • Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled tools, automation, and recruiting systems
