- • Serve as a Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate responsible for driving growth in sold providers and subsequent patient demand and starts within a designated territory.
- • Own the full sales cycle including outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing providers using provided lead lists and independent prospecting.
- • Conduct in-person sales activities at least three days per week within a 2-hour radius of Dallas, TX, requiring reliable transportation and local travel up to 50% of work time.
- • Maintain remote selling strategies for accounts located outside the immediate 2-hour geographic radius.
- • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers and practice staff, engaging both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
- • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, track deal progress, and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
- • Operate in a high-velocity, 0-to-1 startup environment with ambiguity, requiring self-direction, experimentation, and process innovation.
- • Achieve and exceed aggressive outbound sales quotas with a proven track record of overachievement in healthcare sales or business development.
- • Independently source a meaningful portion of the sales pipeline through cold calling and other outbound channels.
- • Navigate complex objections with tenacity and maintain rigorous closing discipline on full-cycle deals without direct support.
- • Contribute to scaling a team that has grown 10x in the past year by operating at the ground level of a fast-growing mental health platform.
- • Align with Rula’s mission to destigmatize mental healthcare by connecting patients with quality, evidence-based providers.
- • Participate in quarterly department stipends for team-building activities or in-person gatherings.
- • Leverage the Wellness at Rula program, including a $50/month wellness stipend and year-round wellness initiatives.
- • Maintain compliance with U.S. employment eligibility and reside within the designated target market (Dallas, TX area) without relocation assistance.
- • Work in a fully remote environment with flexible hours, while adhering to the requirement of being based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales or business development (healthcare preferred) with a track record of strong attainment
- • 2+ years of experience independently self-sourcing a meaningful portion of a sales pipeline through outbound channels, including cold calling
- • Must currently reside in the Dallas, TX area with reliable transportation to support up to 50% local travel within a 2-hour radius
- • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle deals independently, navigating complex objections with tenacity, and maintaining rigorous closing discipline
- • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
