- • As a Sr. HR Generalist for the APAC region, you will be instrumental in supporting our growing team based in Singapore and across the wider APAC territory. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring seamless employee operations, and driving HR initiatives that align with Delinea's global values and strategic objectives.
- • You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for all APAC-based employees, providing comprehensive day-to-day HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes managing onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming experience, addressing employee queries with professionalism and discretion, and supporting offboarding procedures.
- • A key responsibility will be maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee records, ensuring that all HR practices are in strict compliance with local regulations across various APAC countries and Delinea's global HR policies. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding Delinea's commitment to fairness, respect, and a positive employee experience.
- • You will play a vital role in benefits administration for the APAC region. This involves acting as a knowledgeable resource for employees and leaders regarding our benefit programs, partnering closely with the Total Rewards team, Payroll, and external vendors to guarantee the accurate and compliant delivery of benefits and compensation. Your guidance will ensure employees understand and can effectively utilize their benefits.
- • Navigating and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations across the APAC region is paramount. You will provide expert guidance on these requirements, supporting adherence to all statutory obligations and mitigating risks. This includes staying abreast of changes in employment legislation and advising the business accordingly.
- • You will be the first point of contact for employee relations matters within the APAC region. This involves addressing day-to-day people topics and employee concerns with impartiality and sound judgment. For complex or high-risk issues, you will collaborate effectively with global HR and Employee Relations partners, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation and resolution.
- • Partnering with regional leaders is essential to support performance management processes, facilitate constructive feedback conversations, and ensure consistent application of company policies. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and inclusivity, directly reflecting Delinea's core values.
- • While partnering with global recruiters, you will provide essential support for hiring efforts across the APAC region, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for delivering localized onboarding programs that set new employees up for success from day one.
- • You will contribute to the execution of global performance and compensation processes, ensuring local compliance and alignment with market practices. This may involve providing input on compensation benchmarking and salary structures to ensure Delinea remains competitive and equitable.
- • Maintaining the accuracy of HR data within our HRIS is critical. You will support basic reporting and documentation needs, ensuring that HR metrics are reliable and accessible for decision-making. This data-driven approach will help inform HR strategies and operational improvements.
- • Acting as a crucial bridge between global HR strategies and their local execution across APAC, you will ensure seamless communication and alignment. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR leadership and global People partners to share knowledge, drive consistency, and implement best practices.
- • A significant part of your role will involve contributing to the development and localization of HR policies, procedures, and playbooks for our APAC locations, including Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. This ensures our HR framework is relevant, effective, and culturally sensitive across the diverse regions we operate in.
